Think of us as your comfort crew
Here for the highs, lows, and everything in between.
Meet the founders
Behind every safe space is a story. And behind The Talk Nest are two hearts who have lived, felt, struggled, healed and most importantly, listened. We are two real people who’ve been through real emotions and came together with one shared belief that sometimes, all a person needs is a safe space and someone who truly listens.
Anshu and Richa — two friends, two listeners, two voices. Each of us brings their own journey, perspective, and passion to this space. Both of us journeyed through emotional highs and lows, experienced the weight of unspoken feelings, and realized how healing a single heartfelt conversation can be.
Both of us have studied Modern Applied Psychology and continue to learn and evolve through various courses in life coaching and emotional well-being. This is not to label ourselves as therapists but to understand people better, to listen deeply, and to hold space for those who need it. We’re deeply curious about how the human mind and emotions work and we believe that learning is a lifelong journey.
About Anshu Dubey
Co-Founder – The Talk Nest Life Coach | Emotional Navigator | Growth Ally
Life, for me, has been anything but a straight path. My journey is a celebration of second chances, self-trust, and the quiet power of rewriting your own narrative, no matter the age or stage.
I’ve lived across countries, soaking in cultures, people, and the quiet lessons life whispers when you pause to listen. From the vibrant energy of India to the cosmopolitan pulse of Dubai and the deep-rooted calm of Canada. These diverse landscapes have not only broadened my worldview but have deeply influenced how I connect with people and understand human emotions.
Just when I thought I had already lived many lifetimes within this one, I embraced motherhood at 40. Not as a ticking clock or a societal checkbox, but as a conscious, deeply emotional journey I chose when I was finally ready. A choice that meant unlearning expectations and loving on my own terms, against every stereotype. For over 15 years, I walked the corporate road — built a career, met goals, and ticked the boxes the world told me mattered. But something inside me always longed for more, something deeper.
Whenever I struggled in life, all I craved was a safe space — someone who would understand me without trying to fix me.
That silent wish stayed with me, and one day, it became a purpose. So I chose to leave behind the security of the known, and step into the soul-work I truly believed in by creating The Talk Nest — Listening. Healing. Holding space.
Every story, every emotion, every conversation I hold is infused with the wisdom of those years — the career I left, the borders I crossed, the fears I’ve faced, and the love I continue to grow into.
About Richa Sud
Co-Founder – The Talk Nest Life Coach | Emotional Navigator | Growth Ally
At 48, Life has taken me through a full spectrum of experiences — someone who has lived through the many layers of life as a professional, a parent, a wife, a woman, and a human being continuously evolving. And through it all, I’ve come to realize one thing: no matter how strong we appear on the outside, we all carry silent emotional battles within,
Have had a long-standing career in the global fashion and retail industry, leading teams and managing brands. But beneath the structured roles and polished meetings, I was always drawn to people’s stories — what they were feeling, what they were not saying, and the emotional weight they often carried alone.
Motherhood added another layer to my growth. Raising a teenager while evolving as a woman has taught me patience, perspective, and the importance of emotional balance — for both myself and those around me.
Through personal ups and downs, career highs and lows, identity shifts, and emotional turbulence, I realized how often we bottle up what truly needs to be expressed. How healing doesn’t always require a solution — just a safe, accepting space to talk.
It was this awareness, this desire to bring some positive change, that inspired me to walk a new path — to create The Talk Nest.
This platform is my way of giving back — using not just my training in applied psychology and counseling, but also the deep emotional insights life has taught me. I may not be a therapist, but I am a listener. A fellow traveler. Someone who understands the power of being heard!
