2. Nature of Services

The Talk Nest offers:

• One-on-one private sessions for open conversation and guidance
• Motivational talks, group discussions, and interviews
• Content shared via our website, social media pages, and other platforms

These services are provided as support and motivation, not as professional therapy or medical advice.

3. Confidentiality

• All one-on-one sessions are confidential.
• Information shared will not be recorded, disclosed, or published without your explicit permission.
• The only exception is if we are legally required to disclose information to prevent harm to yourself or others.

4. Payment & Booking

• All sessions are chargeable unless otherwise stated.
• Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment through the methods provided.
• Fees are subject to change, and any promotional rates will be clearly communicated in advance.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled without extra charge.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session.
• If The Talk Nest cancels a session, you will be offered either a rescheduled slot or a full refund.

6. Use of Content

• Content shared by The Talk Nest (including posts, videos, and materials) is for personal use only.
• Reproduction or redistribution without prior permission is not allowed.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Talk Nest and its founders are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of our services.
• All choices and actions remain the sole responsibility of the participant.
