Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: March 1, 2025

At The Talk Nest, we value your time and ours. This policy ensures fairness and clarity regarding cancellations and refunds.

 

1. Cancellations by Clients

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for rescheduling to a later date (no extra cost).
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

2. Cancellations by The Talk Nest

  • In rare cases where The Talk Nest needs to cancel a session, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

3. Refunds

  • Since our sessions are time-based and personalized, refunds are generally not provided once a session has started or been completed.
  • If you have made a payment but are unable to attend, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to discuss options.

4. No-Shows

  • If a client does not attend the scheduled session without prior notice, the payment will be forfeited and the session will be considered used.
